Recently, ransomware attacks have become increasingly frequent. Once a computer is infected, all accessible files (including network drives, shared folders, etc.) will be encrypted, and only paying a ransom can decrypt them. This malicious software poses a significant threat, often spreading through online ads, hacked websites, and malicious emails.
Recommendations to Prevent Ransomware:
- Avoid using pirated operating systems: use genuine operating systems and update them regularly to avoid vulnerabilities.
- Do not install unverified software: avoid installing software from unknown sources, especially those from China.
- Be cautious with personal data: ensure the url belongs to an official website to avoid phishing.
- Handle emails carefully: do not open unknown emails or click on their links.
- Set strong passwords: use passwords with at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
- Do not save passwords on public devices: avoid saving passwords on public devices to prevent theft.
- Secure transmission of sensitive data: use encryption or dedicated connections for transmitting sensitive data, and avoid using public cloud services.
On April 18, 2024, we have successfully passed the “Good Distribution Practice (GDP)” conformity assessment conducted by TFDA. GDP, which stands for Good Distribution Practice, emphasizes maintaining the appropriate storage temperature conditions for pharmaceuticals during transportation and storage. It ensures that the quality of pharmaceuticals is not compromised by changes in the storage environment and requires that all distribution processes to have clear and precise records.
This achievement marks our commitment to maintaining the highest quality in pharmaceutical storage and transportation operations.
Taiwan is located at the collision zone of the Eurasian Plate and the Philippine Sea Plate, making seismic activity quite frequent, with over 20,000 earthquakes occurring annually.
Our company is situated on the 13th floor, during an earthquake, the shaking will be much more dangerous. To enhance everyone’s self-protection awareness and response capabilities in the event of an earthquake, we have arranged a brief and easy-to-understand earthquake awareness video: https://reurl.cc/373o99.
The video is only 6 minutes long. Please take a moment to click the link and watch it.
In addition to the video, the company will conduct an earthquake drill on [April, 17th] to reinforce learning through practical experience.
After watching the video, please sign in with the compliance manager to accumulate your occupational safety training hours.
Let’s work together to create a safe and orderly work environment.

It is recommended to stand up and move around every hour, performing simple stretches to relax and activate your body.
